Recently I decided to buy a whole apartment air cleaner from a Heating plus A/C store close to me.
I am lazy plus didn’t recognize love going to the store itself, so I purchased it online.
The next day, the Heating plus A/C shop calls me plus apologizes. Apparently they had a product error, plus that our media air cleaner was currently out of stock. This was incredibly frustrating, because now I knew I was going to be delayed, when I could have genuinely just ordered it from another heating plus cooling store. The Heating plus A/C owner called me himself plus apologized for the issue, plus told me he was going to take 25% off, plus supply me a discount code to use on whatever item I would love from their store. This was fine enough for me. I asked for a prediction on when our air cleaner would be here, plus they told me it would be a couple of weeks. While I absolutely don’t love waiting 2 weeks for a easy whole apartment media air cleaner, at least I am getting a pretty big discount. I decided while I was on the wait, to browse their store plus see what else they had. They had an older model of a portable cooling system already on sale, so I used our discount plus got the portable cooling system for an incredibly cheap price. The Heating plus A/C owner was kind enough to have it expedited to me. I suppose I’ll be the happiest when I absolutely get our air cleaner, plus then I will have both items.
