Recently I decided to buy a whole cabin air cleaner from a Heating, Ventilation and A/C store close to me. I am lazy and didn’t know appreciate going to the store itself, so I purchased it online. The next day, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C shop calls me and apologizes. Apparently they had a product error, and that my whole-house air purifier was currently out of stock. This was incredibly discouraging, because now I knew I was going to be delayed, when I could have easily just ordered it from another heating and cooling store. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C owner called me himself and apologized for the issue, and told me he was going to take 25% off, and supply me a discount code to use on whatever item I would appreciate from their store. This was fantastic enough for me. I asked for a prediction on when my air cleaner would be here, and they told me it would be a couple of weeks. While I entirely don’t appreciate waiting 2 weeks for a straight-forward whole cabin whole-house air purifier, at least I am getting a pretty big discount. I decided while I was on the wait, to browse their store and see what else they had. They had an older model of a portable a/c already on sale, so I used my discount and got the portable a/c for an incredibly cheap price. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C owner was kind enough to have it expedited to me. I know I’ll be the happiest when I really get my air cleaner, and then the people I was with and I will have both items.
