As the repairman gave us the bad news of needing a total and complete replacement of the HVAC machine he also recommended a local appliance service shop down the road. The people I was with and I will be upgrading our HVAC system with a smart control device that hooks up to the wireless. That way the people I was with and I can never be caught fully unaware again. The smart control machine will send alerts to our cellphone if ever there is an extreme drop of temperature.
