Many schools strive to achieve energy efficiency from their HVAC systems by gearing up towards resource conservation and energy efficiency. Others are upgrading HVAC equipment in older schools to maximize their heating and cooling systems. While the primary goal of installing HVAC systems in schools is to keep staff and students healthy and comfortable, the reality is that many educational facilities are yet to benefit from HVAC systems. Extremely high temperatures may not only cause learners to sweat profusely, diverting their attention, but it may also result in heat exhaustion or heat stroke.
