Working in Restaurant Kitchen

Have you ever thought about going to culinary college? It seems like a lot of people are all fired up about becoming chefs these afternoons, but I have no plan why anyone would ever want to labor in a pizzeria dining room, however when I was younger, I worked in a pizzeria, & let me tell you, it was a angry experience… Just about everyone was expected to labor every holiday.

Most pizzerias are open for Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas dinner, & honestly for New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day… Also, you have to labor honestly late into the evening. MOst pizzerias don’t stop serving until 9:00 pm or even later. Worst of all, though, is laboring in the pizzeria dining room because it is miserably hot, however of course, the pizzerias have air conditioning, however all of that air conditioning is mostly focused on the front of the house, but there is air conditioning in the dining room, however really, n o air conditioning in the world is strong enough to keep the temperature control studying low enough to be comfortable. There are multiple burners going typically. There are no ceiling fans or fans of any kind, allowed, being in the dining room is like being in a furnace, & I used to have to drink about a gallon of water just to keep from passing out, but i have heard that some of the honestly high-end pizzerias have Heating & A/C with zone control so they can set the air conditioning temperature control lower in the dining room without frosty out the guests, but I never worked someplace that had superb air conditioning like that.
