I was so infuriated when I got home Tuesday in addition to discovered that my heater had stopped laboring… My poor dog was home all day without heat.
After much searching, I found his curled up in my bed, under the sheets! She never does this. She must have been trying to stay warm. My home was cold frigid so I called out a heater service company instantly. They were able to send someone out that same night. Thankfully, the heater service was a quick fix, and when I asked how I can prevent my dog from cold all day again the repairman request two things. One, was that I have my heater worked on at least once a year in the Fall. The other, was that I get a smart thermostat. A smart thermostat connects to my cellphone so I can always see what temperature my home is. I can even set an alarm for an alert if my home drops below a certain degree. I asked if this could be installed right now in addition to the specialist said he could! Usually, he wouldn’t on an emergency call but it was a slow night so he would go ahead in addition to install it. It did not take long for him to get the smart thermostat hooked up. It cost less than I would have expected too. When I went to work on Sunday I was cheerful that I could see my home temperature from the office. I know my kitty is staying nice a warm all day while I work now. I know I will get that preventative heater service next Fall too. I will be using the same corporation
