My wife and I have a pretty small house! I really don’t mind having a small house.
I suppose it feels really homey and cozy.
I would not trade my home for a greater one if I could. My associate and I do have a full size basement though, and my associate and I had not really used it for anything for years. It was just wasted space with a little bit of storage down there. I was determined to find a way to use that space, so I decided to make an office in the basement. I made the office in the middle of June, and I used it for numerous months with no problem. It was not until mid November that I realized it was a bit too frigid down there, and I found myself taking my office work upstairs to the residing room most nights just so that I could stay warm. My wife asked my why I was doing all of my work upstairs, and I told him that it was because the basement was too cold. She told me that she could buy a fireplace to go down there for me, but I told him that it wasn’t necessary. I decided to just buy an electric space heater instead… Well, that was a mistake because it did almost nothing. I suppose it brought up the temperature about five to ten degrees, but it was not enough for me. I cannot suppose I wasted money on that space heater. It was quite extravagant for how little heat it puts off. I suppose I am going to sell it and have my wife buy me a fireplace like she suggested.
