My wife & I recently decided my pal and I thought it would be a good idea if my pal and I purchased a small rental property, repair it up & then rented it out to people when they came into town.
There aren’t several hotels in our part & my pal and I thought this might be a fantastic way for locals to have dealer stay separate from having to be in their actual homes.
So my pal and I found a small piece of apartment with a little homeowner & thought it would be the perfect locale for our rental property. My wife & I did the inspection & while my pal and I weren’t blissful about what my pal and I found it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be dealt with. The main thing my wife & I were sad about in the inspection was that they were ants living in the air ducts. I know my pal and I can have the ants taken out of the air ducts, however it’s sad that my pal and I have to do this & I wish my pal and I didn’t have to remove the ants, then because the mice have been living inside the air ducts that means my pal and I are going to have A brand new heating & cooling system installed in the house. We can’t risk the ants carrying diseases that would then be transfered into the air vents & then out into the air of the home. We don’t want our guests to get sick because my pal and I know several of them will be friends & family that are staying in the house. While it is going to cost more money to have a brand new heating & cooling system installed in the apartment I guess it will be worth it at the end of the afternoon to know my pal and I are infecting our friends & family with diseases that could hurt them.
