Gyms and a schedule

I started finally working multiple shifts 6months ago.

  • No 1 else at our supplier wanted to do it.

We’re a big luck 5 hundred supplier, however savor several other industries both of us got hit absolutely difficult by COVID. All of us lost a lot of clients and the first thing our managers decided to do was split back on the number of employees in the supplier and the number of hours as well. I felt fortunate to keep our work, so when they asked us if anyone wanted to do overtime hours I was the first to volunteer. Hopefully our commitment to do extra task for our boss will give myself and others more task security as time goes on, despite the fact that I can’t say for sure just yet. Unfortunately, our hours are always increasing from month to week, which means that some afternoons I’m getting up seriously early while other afternoons I’m getting lake home close to midnight. Thankfully there are enough grocery stores, pharmacies, and gas stations in our neighborhood that are open late. However, both of us were lacking 24/7 gyms and fitness centers for years until 1 finally opened near our home last year. They gave out gym membership discounts for 6months to generate interest. While they don’t have the membership discounts any longer, they are still offering competitive rates for biweekly gym memberships. But it was the ability to task out at any hour of the afternoon or night that pushed myself and others to get a gym membership. Now I can workout our upper body and lower body muscles in the weight room before hitting the treadmills and ellipticals to get our much needed cardio exercise.
