Betty had a falling out with a tenant some time back and just got another notice in the mail about him trying to sue her.
- She had to boot him out of here after a month because he was destroying the house.
That has led to such a large hassle with the courts and now Betty is still duking it out. It’s silly though as he is trying to sue Betty for a mere $450. Betty doesn’t even see how the courts would have a hearing for that amount. She tried to pay him, but the guy wanted to fight. Betty’s Heating and Air Conditioning friend told her to ignore the letters and let him try but Betty doesn’t want to go that route. She just needs to go through the motions and finish this matter so she doesn’t have to hear from this irate tenant. Betty got a lawyer from a nearby law firm. He is going to represent her if it goes to court. It just seems so silly that he wouldn’t take the money she offered him to be done with it. Anyway, later today Betty is going to work at the cooling corporation’s shop for three hours and then go to the beach tonight to decompress and relax. She is playing ball today and then some music so that should help lift her mood. Betty will clean her HEPA filter now and then go get some fine fruit and veggies at the local dealer and have some dinner. Her Heating and Air Conditioning tech friend is coming for dinner soon so she better run.
