My husband & I have a pretty small house! I truly don’t mind having a small house.
I think it feels truly homey & cozy.
I would not trade my home for a greater one if I could, but my buddy and I do have a full size basement though, & my pal and I had not truly used it for anything for years. It was just wasted space with a little bit of storage down there. I was determined to find a way to use that space, so I decided to make an office in the basement. I made the office in the middle of July, & I used it for several months with no problem. It was not until mid September that I realized it was a bit too freezing down there, & I found myself taking my office toil upstairs to the living room most mornings just so that I could stay warm. My husband asked my why I was doing all of my toil upstairs, & I told him that it was because the basement was too cold, but he told me that he could buy a fireplace to go down there for me, however I told him that it wasn’t necessary. I decided to just buy an electric space heater instead; Well, that was a mistake because it did almost nothing. I believe it brought up the temperature about five to ten degrees, however it was not enough for me. I cannot guess I wasted money on that space heater. It was quite costly for how little heat it puts off. I think I am going to sell it & have my husband buy me a fireplace like he suggested.
