My house is severely cold in the winter months and it’s been something that I have been dealing with for about 10 years now! I know that it’s an issue with how old our home is, although I just think that we live in an area that gets way too cold.
I’ve been trying to convince my husband to move to a warmer area of the country for a few years now but he just does not agree, and he doesn’t think it’s a great way to spend our money and I suppose he’s not too far off.
I just don’t want to live in this cold part of the country for the rest of our lives. The worst part about how cold our home gets is the bathroom. Every single morning I get ready for work and my toes are cold as they hit the tile floor. Well, my husband surprised me and got a space furnace for the bathroom that works to heat up the bathroom. I never actually thought a space heater was a great way to heat up the house, but turns out it absolutely Is. I’m so happy right now I have this way to heat up my bathroom that I might be convinced to stay in our part of town for a little while longer. I hope that the space heater continues to heat up the bathroom because so far it’s been great to not have to be cold while I’m trying to get ready for work every morning.
