When I lived in the south it was next to impossible to get a Heating and Air Conditioning business to our house.
I swear I had to beg the Heating and Air Conditioning specialist to show up & take our currency.
I also observed the Heating and Air Conditioning workers tried to cut corners where they could, then one time I called for Heating and Air Conditioning replacement & the guy didn’t have the right sized pad to site the Heating and Air Conditioning on. He tried to install it with the unit falling half off the side. Thank goodness I went outside to check his progress. I called before for a heating repair appointment on a perfectly toiling system. After repair our furnace no longer was operational. After I moved up north, I found that Heating and Air Conditioning companies were better as a whole. I absolutely could call a business & get an appointment fairly soon. I didn’t need to wait around & worry if the Heating and Air Conditioning worker would show up. The guy came prepared on the replacement day & did his task right. Anytime I want heating service, I get a worker over to our modern home to do the task. I haven’t had our Heating and Air Conditioning abruptly quit toiling or have our Heating and Air Conditioning corporation try to sell myself and others something I don’t need. I wonder if the Heating and Air Conditioning industry is better in the north because of the weather. The freezing is way more intense & the summer time season is so humid. There is more of a demand for both heating & cooling, then basically all year a northern modern home needs to have the Heating and Air Conditioning on. Perhaps that is why Heating and Air Conditioning suppliers are better off. They have more clients & currency.
