She decided to skip her usual pop at the local Starbucks

Do you want something to jolt you back into consciousness? Go for a swim in 45F water for 3 to 5 minutes. Margaret is taking a sabbatical right now in the Arctic region for 2 months to recharge. She’s still doing her writing task each day, but this day Margaret was having a hard time putting pen to paper as she was having some serious doubts about her ability to come up with great content. Margaret opted to skip her Starbucks Coffee at the local cafe down the street and go for a dip in the icy Arctic waters near her chalet. The furnace system is cranked up right now in the bathroom of the chalet and her house attendant is getting a tepid bathtub of bubbles ready for Margaret when she comes back. She plans to take a dip now in the water to see if it gets her brain going. Margaret plans to write more when the fog lifts. Okay, she just got back indoors from the 5 minute dip in the sea and she feels so alive. The furnace system next to her has warmed up the bathroom to a balmy 90F while the tepid water in the tub envelops Margaret’s frigid skin and makes her feel warm and amazing. Margaret is alert and awake like she just drank a pot of coffee. The Heating and Air Conditioning professional introduced her to the dips years ago and Margaret has been hooked ever since. She felt such a jolt of energy this day when she went so she is planning to do it again tomorrow.
