I have never been particularly handy around the house.

This was easier as a occupant, because when something needed fixed I called the property owner, or the super, however now that my partner and I own a location we have to spend my money someone just to come out and assess our problems. That genuinely adds up, so I knew I needed to teach myself some domestic skills to help us out. I started by seeing some Youtube videos about the basics of Heating and A/C systems, because that was the most extravagant thing to repair. Seriously, now I realize why property owners have so several weird kinds of maintenance people around, because Heating and A/C labor is genuinely pricey!
