I toil for an aged Heating and A/C dealer as a manager and 1 of the chief heating in addition to air conditioning specialists.
By being in this position that means that when the people I was with and I hire most of the new heat and a/c specialists right out of school, I am the 1 that gives them their on the daily task training and go with them to all heat and a/c appointments for their first month of labor to see if they are going to toil out or if I am going to have to fire them.
I have to tell you right now that every single new heating in addition to the air conditioning system specialist I handed on the task training to was nothing short of amazing. I have never had to personally fire anyone once! They all take direction truly well and are romantic about going and becoming a full fledged professional heating in addition to air conditioning specialist. Most of them I certainly have out on their own Heating and A/C service calls within far less than a week! That is how well they take direction and learn fast. I seriously hope that we see this kind of luck continue for me. Because I would hate to have to fire anyone and ruin their ongoing hopes and dreams of being a certified heating in addition to air conditioning specialist! Back when I first became a heating and cooling specialist the people I was with and I honestly didn’t have on the task training. It was that they threw you right out into the actual working field and if you messed up, you were done! They sure have it much easier today, and I am seriously so over the moon to be able to be a section of it all!
